Based in Llanrwst, at the heart of Snowdonia in North Wales, Siwgr a Sbeis is not only a true welsh story but a delightful tale about two school friends Rhian Owen and Rhian Williams who went to a Bakery and Confectionery shop baking cakes. Now 35 years later !!!!....... they still bake cakes, desserts and quiches from scratch, with the help of their team, but in their SALSA approved bakery. They have many recognized awards for both products and business, including Great Taste Awards.
