Founded in 1979 by John and Linda Lawson. Our new delicatessen features a wide selection of cold cuts, pâté, cheeses, salads & our famous award winning steak pies. We specialise in well aged, award winning, grass fed scotch beef All our beef is matured on the bone of 21 days to ensure maximum tenderness. We stock scotch pork, poultry and game. Using our local produce we produce products such as haggis, black pudding, sausages and burgers. All handmade using traditional recipes.
