Bittersweet Chocolates

Founded in 2007 by Nigel and Dianne Holling to allow them to pursue their ambition to produce the finest quality chocolate and confectionery products. Based in a small rural workshop, we have successfully followed our passion to create high quality chocolates using the traditional techniques of the artisan chocolatier. With an emphasis on flavour, our chocolates use the finest organic essential oils, spices and herbs. We proudly continue to make all our chocolates by hand in small batches.
