QUESOS NAVALMORAL S.A., founded in 2005, elaborates mainly Manchego PDO cheese. We are the second biggest producer of this famous Spanish cheese (more than 1.500.000 Kg. in 2023) The quality of our products is endorsed by the certificates BRC (Grade AA) and IFS (Higher Level), and the awards (Gold Medals) at the « World Cheese Awards » 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023. All our cheeses are lysozyme and natamycine free.
