La Quesería de "Las RRR" was inaugurated 23 years ago by a Maracenera family, the Rivas family, with a strong livestock roots, throughout their lives they have been cattle owners and their ancestors have always been linked to the world of the goat. It was in 1991 when Roberto Rivas Ruiz, the father of the Rivas family (hence the name of "The RRR") with his son Juan Roberto and his wife María Angustias, decided to take the road to get cheese made because of low prices
