At Remeker, we produce raw milk, natural rind cheeses from the milk of our own Jersey cows. We work completely without antibiotics and feed our animals with grass from our own land. By aiming for a closed-loop, regenerative system, we craft cheeses with a pure, full flavor and distinct character. Our focus is on craftsmanship, animal welfare, and resilient, living agriculture.
