In 2009 Capsicana was founded Ben and his passionate for the vibrant flavours of Latin America. He started off on market stall with a £500 budget. With hard work and total focus, he broke into national retail in 2016. Today, Ben has a small team of foodies helping him liven up dinner tables across the UK with a growing range of delicious and authentic cooking pastes, seasoning mixes, meal kits and accompaniments.
