Allan's Chilli products are an established Scottish business selling chilli jelly and sauces produced in Abernethy. Borne from a desire to add that little extra to some of the more bland meals he encountered Allan Ferguson took to the kitchen to find a tasty combination that would enhance not only all types of meats and fish but cheeses as well.
