Mag and Gerard Kirwan built the Goatsbridge Fish Processing facility in 2010 in order to process their complete harvesting requirements that take place at three fully licensed trout farms at Goatsbridge, Ballyduff & IDAS. The company currently employs 25 personnel and supplies the Irish and English markets with gutted and filleted trout and added value trout products.
