Las Terceras is a small-hold dairy with more than 200 years of history where tradition establishes the foundations of an artisan and family run company. We are dedicated primarily to dairy farming and Manchego P.D.O cheeses, which are made from the milk that originates from our livestock and agriculture activity on our farm.
