Britton started working at the creamery when he was 13. He now holds a BA in Communications, with honors, from the University of Utah and is currently enrolled at University for his MBA. Britton is a well traveled Certified Cheese Professional with the American Cheese Society, ACS CCP. He is currently a cheesemaker and a whiz at all things cheese in our small family creamery in Utah.
