Raastawala specialises in North East Indian cuisine. My vision is to make this cuisine accessible to a wide audience through events where we make traditional dishes, supper clubs and also making these spice blends so customers can make these dishes at home too. My debut cookbook has that in mind and was published in 2022. Bringing the Kolkata cuisine on the tables of people at home - this spice blend will do just that.
