We are a family farm that has found its path in cheese-making.
Driven by the desire to harness all that fresh local milk has to offer, Žuža and Milan Brence started a new family tradition in the early 1990s and opend the first private cheese dairies in Slovenia.
Together with our excellent team, we preserve the values of traditional cheese-making while creatively fulfilling the vision that started it all: To create the best that milk has to offer.
