A first generaton family farming business producing meat and charcuterie from our own livestock. We only rear rare or traditional British breeds, which are grown slower and longer. We have a more nature based approach to livestock management. Our pigs are free range and our hogget and beef is 100% grassfed. All our livestock live outdoors all year round and we encourage regeneraiton of our pastures and encourage biodiversity within our farm system.
