Henstone Distillery was established in Oswestry, Shropshire, United Kingdom in 2017 by Chris and Alexandra Toller. Following a restructure in 2023, Mike Harris acquired 50% and the company relocated to a farm on Long Mountain owned by him. We have a 1000 litre still, affectionately named Hilda. Our aim is to create the best quality products for people like us who enjoy sophisticated, classic spirits, but with that small batch twist.
