We are a medium business producer of cheese since 1988 in Canary Islands, Valsequillo (Spain), also we got others products like a milk, sweet milk, almogrote that is a canary product elaborated with goat old cheese, we work cheese since fresh (cow, goat and sheep), semi-cured with only goat (smoked, peppers and gofio(cereals from canary islands), also semi-cured with cow, goat and sheep, also we make handcrafted goat cheese semi-cured, cured and old.
