At Open Air Dairy our cows are pasture fed and are uniquely milked outside in the field from which they have been grazing in the open air 365 days of the year. The farm is based on the Dorset Downs. Our sweet tasting hand made Cheddar has been aged for up to 15 months to give it a deliciously rich, distinctive flavour.
