Family farm, producing milk from our pedigree fresian herd for the production of hand made cheeses. We produce a range of hand made cheeses from the milk of the cow and the goat. Our main production are Brie and Camembert and in recent years we have developed a range of semi hard cheese. Our cheeses are all cared for by a team of fully trained and dedicated cheesemakers. Our cheeses are received national and international awards. We supply the Irish and export market.
