Brooke’s Wye Valley Dairy Company rests in the rural heart of the Wye Valley in South Wales. We are a family business and have been making artisan ice cream and sorbets on our farm for over two generations. We produce artisan Welsh ice cream sourcing natural ingredients to compliment the double cream and fresh milk from our grass-fed pedigree herd of Jersey cows all on our farm in Wales.
