Jefferson's Ice Cream are an independent family run company, making small batches of organic milk dairy ice cream and sorbets. They source and use the highest quality ingredients to make premium American style ice cream. Jefferson's also make many of their own inclusions, plus make and bake other desserts. They have expanded their ice creamery into a railway arch in Brixton to allow them to grow their production and range of products. With stores in Balham & Brixton.
