We produce our cheese during the summer months 2000m above sea level. The milk for the cheese comes from approximately 30 cows, who pass the whole summer on the alpine pastures. Besides the cheese production we run a restaurant and our guests can stay in cozy hay beds. There are lots of other animals there, too, it is worth a visit!
