Registered with East Hants Council, with 5* rating. I am professionally trained, and take great pride in using premium ingredients for superior quality – it really is worth the difference! My style is classical and elegant – items which look beautiful and stylish and taste incredible. I do not make novelty cakes or use sugarpaste, and I prefer to stay away from “current trends” (away with you, unicorns!). I make beautiful biscuit and confectionery boxes, perfect for an edible present with a difference, or for corporate gifts.
