Hilton Macarons launched in May 2019 and since then has developed its own range of over 60 different macaron flavours, with a core range available all year round of 20 flavours - the Classic and Rainbow collections. The macarons have all-natural ganache fillings. All are gluten free, and hand-made in Suffolk by co-founder James Hilton and his growing team. It sells wholesale, online retail via hiltonmacarons.co.uk and at selected events and shows.
