Longland Farm

We (Giles and Kate) field rear Chickens, Ducks, Geese and Turkeys in the Elham Valley, Kent. Our priority is rearing high welfare, happy poultry and the result is fabulous flavoured meat. We dry pluck all birds and the geese and ducks are waxed Where possible we choose British Heritage slow growing breeds All processes take place on the farm including incubation, hatching, rearing, slaughtering and processing. This eliminates travel which means less stress on the bird and the environment.
