The Chef and The Shoegirl is a small batch, taste driven jam, chutney, and pickle company.
The jams, marmalade, pickles and chutneys are made in small batches to ensure the customer gets maximum taste in every jar. Small batch means small batch, with the biggest yield being 12, and the smallest being 5.
Seasonal is also important because that is when the fruit and vegetables are bursting with flavour, and can be captured into jars.
