I'm Yoyo and I make Yoyo Laos Sauce. Made from a traditional recipe from my home country of Laos, I now make my sauce in Halifax, UK. Yoyo Laos Sauce combines ginger, chilli and garlic for an authentic south-east asian taste. l online as well as markets and other events. Made in small batches, the sauce is spicy but not overly powerful and can be enjoyed as a dipping sauce, added to a stir fry, or as marinade to really spice things up. Yoyo Laos Sauce is gluten free and vegan.
