Dorset Shellfish is a family run business, owned by Caroline and helped managed by daughter Stef. We run 2 boats out of Weymouth, which her husband owns and runs with son, Karl & son-in-law, Paul. We catch all our crab, lobster and line caught Sea Bass, process it and sell it at local events and farmers markets around the South West. We pride ourselves in local, sustainable produce as well as working with other local fishing day boats to provide fresh quality fish and shellfish.
