Belle & Herbs Farm are a new startup business, operating from an urban fringe farm in Wallsend. Comprised of two Chefs who lost their jobs in Covid, and who have worked to bring about a fermented food business. Pan hails from Myanmar, her family have run food fermenting businesses for generations, Sam has been working in food for the past 20 years and had previously won Observer Food Awards and a BBC Food & Farming award. They make micro batch fermented foods, sauces, drinks and vinegars.
