Spirit of the Downs is a sustainable drinks producer based in Bolney, West Sussex using pressed Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Seyval Blanc grapes from the very best English sparkling wine producers to create a wide range of unique vintage premium spirits. These include English and French oak aged brandy, grape spirits, vodka and liqueurs that are perfect on their own or to create the finest cocktails.
