I have been working in chocolate for about 7 years, in a different roles - always learnings new skills. I just thought it was time I did my own thing. Combing making chocolate and hosting chocolate experiences. I really like educating people about chocolate, its one of these subjects which people eat a lot of but have no idea where it comes from, what it looks like or how far it has to come before it turns into chocolate. I like choosing higher percentages of cocoa, and having less of the sugar
