La Industrial Menorquina, S.L.U. was founded in 1990 with the idea of ​​taking advantage of a supply of high quality milk in the area of ​​the island of Menorca and thereby reaching a market that could consume a product with unique characteristics. We started by first manufacturing the well-known Mahon-Menorca cheese, and later, and taking a step beyond the traditional, we created new cheeses with different flavors and textures; without forgetting other dairy derivatives that we also produce.
