Latterie Vicentine is a prominent dairy co-op in the province of Vicenza, Veneto region, founded in 2001. Thus far, it is the largest producer of Asiago DOP cheese: around 417,500 wheels of Fresh Asiago DOP per year, 71,000 wheels of Aged Asiago DOP and 78,350 wheels of Grana Padano, over 1 million hl of processed milk for a turnover of approximately 76 million euros.
