Gianfranco Bussu

Since 1971 the Debbene Dairy has been producing Fiore Sardo Dop and other organic cheeses from Sardinian dairy tradition. It is a small artisan reality family business that uses milk coming from their own breeding for quality productions, also recognized at important dairy competitions. This small company with character family run by Gianfranco Bussu, almost uses only milk from your own breeding: about 1,500 Sardinian breed heads they live in the wild in the 200 hectares.
