Consorcio de Promoción del Ovino S.Coop

The Sheep Promotion Consortium is a 1st grade Cooperative, made up of more than 450 sheep milk-producing farmers that currently sells a volume of 65 million liters. In the year 2020 its partners decided to create a cheese industry to revalue sheep's milk, from this initiative cheeses are currently produced, all of them made from sheep's milk from their partners.
