The dairy is surrounded by the hills of Castel San Pietro Terme (Bologna). We use milk from 8 selected farms, where the cows are fed with local fodder rich in beta carotene. We produce fresh and genuine cheeses. These include the traditional line, with Squaquerone di Romagna Dop, Castel San Pietro cheese, Mousse di Latte, Stracchino degli Angeli, Casatella and Ricotta and the line of lactose-free cheeses.
