Born out of lockdown and a re-wilding project in the Brecon Beacons, we look closer at the humble hedgerow or forest floor and make British classics updated for a contemporary audience: fantastic, energising, natural alcoholic drinks that consider the health of our consumers and well-being of the planet our top priority. Our first product is a delightful sparkling elderflower wine - a subtly sweet, gently intoxicating drink, bursting with summer fragrance, light, with just 1g sugar and 5.3% abv
