Based in Bournemouth Dorset, Baraca is a family-run restaurant popular with its delicious menu boasting its flavours of preserved, pickled, fermented and brined elements since 2000. Realising there was a growing demand from customers who wanted to buy Baraca’s house-made recipes, Kurt family has created Mezebag brand in 2019 from the restaurant and combined all times favourites; sauces, dips, house fermented vinegars, pickles, spices and oils into bottles.
