My aim is to bring a range of sources that are unique and flavoursome. stand out from the normal range of sources that people use as an every day condiment. To use in all sorts of cooking to level up the flavour of the dishes and to inspire people to experiment with food to find those hidden flavours. Also wanted to produce a range of sources that wasn’t full of unnecessary ingredients but full of quality products that also would be used by people that had allergies i.e. gluten, Soya, wheat
