100% Natural Sea Salt. Produced from only the purest, filtered Hebridean water, and collected from the fast flowing tidal whirlpools off the village of Port Wemyss and the lighthouse island of Orsay. Our salt is sustainably hand-harvested, sun-dried, and un-treated allowing the unique mix of minerals from this area of Islay to give the salt it's unusual texture and extraordinary flavour.
