Gourmet Bros Ltd is owned by 2 brothers Nicky & Gavin Cassidy.
During the Covid ’19 Pandemic whilst the owner’s other hospitality businesses were closed during lockdown they commenced production of oven-ready home-made gourmet meals.
They opened a pop-up shop in Enniskillen to trial the product/market.
The shop was a huge success resulting in the purchase of a larger retail & production unit to expand the business.
