The Thorp family have been farming in the midlands for generations. We diversified into ice cream production in 2007 as a result of falling milk prices to ensure the future of the farm. We pride ourselves on the quality of our ingredients used. Not only do we use our own milk, but also source great tasting ingredients locally, wherever possible, to ensure a creamy and indulgent gelato style ice cream. This is sold directly on the farm as well as through farm shops, cafes and restaurants.
