Little Eye Sourdough

Little Eye Sourdough microbakery produces a wide range of sourdough breads, sold locally in farmers' markets, shops and in a 'buy and collect' scheme. Baker Malcolm Williams set up Little Eye in 2011, and alongside baking, runs a successful series of bread classes, and is a founding co-organiser of a farmers market. Little Eye make only sourdough breads, with over 30 varieties sold over 10 years. All breads are made by hand with organic flours, and are additive free and vegan.
