Sardaformaggi is a company specialized in the production of sheep cheese and ricotta since its establishment in 1963, the exclusive activity was to produce, in the traditional Sardinian Pecorino Romano cheese, pecorino cheese, ricotta and fresh seasoned. The manufacturing plant is located in Buddusò (Olbia Tempio), in the center of Northern Sardinia, on Monte Acuto, renowned for the production of a sheep's milk which benefits the quality of mountain pastures.
