Big Jim's Kitchen is a small batch craft food producer based in Edinburgh. Born following Jim's struggles with mental health, cooking helped level his head and provide a creative outlet to focus on in the harder times. Being based in Scotland, it was only natural for Jim to combine his appreciation for scotch whisky with his love for spicy food to create the original and best, award-winning scotch whisky barrel aged hot sauces.
