Bristol Spirit Collective LTD

Bristol Gin distillery has been producing since 2017 in ancient cellars in the heart of Medieval Bristol. We produce a range of quality spirits, including a wide variety of gin styles (classic, contemporary, fruity, savoury and smoked) an award-winning vodka and a beautifully balanced honey rum. During weekends we host three mixed group tasting sessions in our newly refurbished taking room where guests are introduced to a host of established spirits and a few interesting flavour experiments.
