La Maritxu is a specialist Basque cheesecake bakery with four shops across London and a growing wholesale business supplying cafes, restaurants and retailers. We bake fresh daily in small batches and sell by the slice, in individual pots and as whole cakes, alongside a full coffee and tea offer. Our range spans the original Classic through to pistachio, manchego and tiramisu, plus limited-edition seasonal flavours.
