Wild fermented food and drinks produced in East London. Known for our range of original & classic Kimchi recipes, as well as the UK's first fermented Ginger Beer. All products made using almost entirely raw & natural ingredients. Never pasteurised! We aim to introduce people to goods that will add variety to their diets, invigorate their home cuisine and give their body the nourishment it deserves.
