I am a French trained artisan pastry chef, specialising in Caneles, Financiers, and Palet Bretons. I am also a pastry nomad, travelling and baking around the world, sharing my bakes with people of different nationalities and backgrounds; and incorporating local flavours where possible. At the core of my brand is a passion for promoting great tasting products, whilst also sharing my knowledge and experiences via seminars, to grow people's understanding and appreciation of unique, specialty bakes.
