After a successful turkey farming business, Derek Kelly turned his attentions to cattle breeding and beef production. He began his quest to produce quality beef for the "discerning palette" - the same philosophy as the turkey business. The herd is local, they use a local abattoir and on farm butchery. They sell online and in farm shop. With his Little Black Angus cattle (now being crossed with Wagyu genetics), Derek is now producing the quality product he dreamt of.
