JHN Gin Ltd

Cascave Gin is a story of a journey through the Brecon Beacons, retold in the gin. We are a mother and two daughter enterprise that wanted to create something special. Cascave Gin is the first gin to be cave-aged in port-seasoned oak barrels within the cool conditions of the historical, Welsh, Dan yr Ogof Showcaves. We also use the mineral-rich cave water to cut back our gins to absorb more of the unique historical and geographical characteristics of the caves.
